By creating an account or uploading any video, biometric, or genetic data to EquiSense AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity under your account. Misrepresenting your role (Rider, Trainer, Admin) is a material breach.
You retain ownership of all videos, horse profiles, biometric and genetic records you upload. You grant EquiSense AI a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to process this content for the sole purpose of providing the analytics, alerts, reporting and comparative benchmarks described in the product.
EquiSense AI is a decision-support tool. Pain triggers, asymmetry alerts, and predictive simulations are not a substitute for examination by a licensed veterinarian. Always consult a qualified professional before changing a training, breeding or treatment plan.
You agree not to upload content you do not have rights to, attempt to reverse engineer the model outputs, scrape other users' data, or use the Service to harm any animal.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the integrity of the platform.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EquiSense AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
