Privacy Policy

Data we collect

• Account: email, full name, role (Rider, Trainer, Admin).
• Horse profiles: name, breed, age, discipline, lineage, optional photos.
• Uploaded 4K video and the derived skeletal / biometric telemetry (32+ joint nodes, variance, hock flexion, symmetry).
• Trainer notes and pain alerts generated by the platform.
• Genetic records you choose to enter for breeding analysis.

How we use it

Strictly to operate the Service: render dashboards, compute the Variance Engine, fire pain triggers, generate breeding compatibility scores, and produce shareable veterinary reports you initiate.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Reports are only shared via tokenised links you generate. Trainers can only access horses explicitly assigned to them. Row-Level Security is enforced server-side.

Retention & deletion

You may delete your account at any time (Settings → Danger Zone). Deletion cascades across horses, biometric data, videos, alerts and genetic records, and removes the underlying storage objects.

Security

Passwords are checked against the Have I Been Pwned database. Sessions can be revoked globally from Settings. All transport is TLS; database access is gated by RLS policies and security-definer functions.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You can access, correct, export or erase your data. Email privacy@equisense.ai and we will respond within 30 days.

We use a single first-party cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising or tracking pixels.
